VenueOps provides rewards setup, QR rollout, menu links, booking links, and ordering link support based on agreed scope. These terms describe service scope and responsibilities.

Service scope

  • Contact capture through website forms and clear follow-up setup.
  • Rewards and locals club setup where included in the agreed scope.
  • Menu digitisation from PDFs/photos into structured online menu content.
  • QR, booking, menu, and order link routing when included in scope.
  • Change logs and handover notes so you can review what was configured.

Data handling

Enquiry information is stored in access-controlled systems to deliver the service. We follow standard retention and access practices.

Reliability

We provide support during agreed hours and document scope changes in delivery notes.

Information copies and offboarding

We can provide copies of enquiry information you submit on request. On offboarding, primary data is removed from active systems; archival copies expire per retention.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to store sensitive data unrelated to rewards, menu, ordering, and booking operations.

Changes

Material changes to scope or terms will be communicated before work proceeds.
